Receive Your Access Code – Before your rental begins, you’ll receive pickup instructions and a temporary lockbox code.

Unlock & Hook Up – Use your code to access the trailer key, remove the coupler lock, and safely connect the trailer to your vehicle.

Quick Safety Check – Connect the safety chains and electrical plug, verify the lights are working, and make sure the coupler is securely latched.

Hit the Road – Once everything is secure, you’re ready to go!
