Rental rates: $45 for 4 hours, $65 for 24 hours, $165 for 3 days, or $375 for 7 days. Checkout includes a $100 refundable security deposit, returned after the trailer is brought back and inspected, less any authorized charges under the rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Simple Trailer Solutions, the renter agrees to the following: Eligibility: Renter must provide a valid driver’s license, current proof of auto insurance, accurate contact information, and tow-vehicle information before pickup. Tow Vehicle: The renter is responsible for ensuring the tow vehicle, hitch, ball, wiring, brake controller (when required), and all towing equipment are properly rated, compatible, and in safe working condition. Pricing & Security Deposit: The checkout total includes both the selected rental rate and a $100 refundable security deposit. Rental rates are $45 for 4 hours, $65 for 24 hours, $165 for 3 days, and $375 for 7 days. The $100 deposit is held until the trailer is returned and inspected, then refunded less any authorized charges under this agreement. Safe Use: The trailer may only be used for lawful purposes and within its posted weight limits. Loads must be properly distributed and secured. No unauthorized drivers, sub-renting, overloading, reckless use, or modification is permitted. Pickup: Required documents, agreement, and full checkout payment must be complete before the private pickup address and access code are released. Report existing damage before departure. Return: Return the trailer by the scheduled time, reasonably clean, with all supplied equipment present. Secure the trailer and key and submit required return photos. Damage & Fees: The renter may be charged, as allowed by the rental agreement and applicable law, for damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, late returns, additional rental time, unauthorized use, or other agreed charges. Any remaining portion of the $100 deposit will be refunded after inspection. Cancellations: More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund. Between 24 hours and 1 hour before pickup: 50% of the rental rate is retained; the $100 security deposit remains refundable if the trailer has not been released. Within 1 hour of pickup or no-show: the rental rate is non-refundable; the $100 security deposit remains refundable if the trailer was not released and there are no other authorized charges. Cancellations inside 24 hours must be handled directly with Simple Trailer Solutions. By completing the reservation, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies, the rental agreement, towing requirements, and pickup/return procedures.
