1. PARKING
Find a level, clean, and safe spot. Ensure the trailer is positioned correctly to avoid damage during the return process.

2. DISCONNECT
Disconnect the electrical connector and brake controller. Verify all connections are secure and the hitch is properly released.

3. SECURE
Lock the trailer doors / gate and secure all equipment. Ensure the hitch is properly secured and the tires are clean and dry.

4. SUBMIT
Take clear photos of the trailer and submit them with your return form. We'll verify the condition and process your deposit.
